Ministry Names New CEO

Daniel Neufelder Named President and CEO of Ministry Health Care

In the two years Dan served as senior vice president and COO, he demonstrated a strong commitment to the mission and vision of Ministry while keeping the organization focused on continuous improvement in operating performance. Dan is a seasoned executive with a strong value system and will excel as Ministry’s new CEO.

Dan will continue to report to Nick Desien, Ascension Ministry market leader for Wisconsin, Kansas and Oklahoma, as well as to the Ministry Board. His office will continue to be located in the Fox Valley, along with a second office in Ministry’s corporate offices in Milwaukee.

This change keeps us on course toward Ministry’s bright future, which includes capable and caring people delivering person-centered care every day, a culture of high reliability in quality and safety, our strong financial foundation, continued engagement in the communities we serve and an unwavering commitment to innovation and performance excellence.
